Real Estate Cohort – How It Started

RealEstateCohort.com was founded in late 2022 by me, Kari MW. I’m a long time Realtor (16 years and counting!) and busy mom of two. I’m still an active Agent, but here’s a little background on how Real Estate Cohort was born:

This platform is a passion project born out of the extreme burnout I experienced in the post-pandemic housing craze of 2020/2021. I was running on empty. With increasingly pressing demands on my time and attention, it became obvious that if I was going to carry on in my current capacity as a high achieving Real Estate Agent, I needed to find a light at the end of the proverbial tunnel, to re-invigorate my love for this business. In a nutshell, this website has become that light for me.

I’m pouring my heart into this content, and hope that it brings value to your business, and helps you fine-tune your day-to-day decisions to make sure your business is set up for long-term success.

Whether you are just starting out, or you’re looking to optimize an already successful Real Estate business, there is something here for you. I’ll share everything from tips for new agents, to tools and resources for long time Agents who want to get serious about creating a retirement plan (and everything in between). As Agents, we share unique challenges and have similar business needs, so I’m curating this content especially for YOU, my fellow cohorts!
